The living room is equipped with underfloor heating.

If you like to cook or prepare an extensive breakfast with fresh rolls, this is child's play in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, etc.

Our farm with several holiday apartments in a quiet location is no longer used for agricultural purposes. Thanks to the good transport connections, you can reach the beautiful Carolinensiel in about 3 minutes by car.

The apartments, some on the ground floor, have their own sunny south-facing terrace with garden chairs and sun loungers in the garden. The apartments on the upper floor have a sunny terrace in the garden.

For relaxing hours you can sit in the porch swing and read a good book or simply unwind.
