Cozy holiday home (non-smoking) for 2-6 people in a quiet outskirts location (Chemnitz Glösa/Auerswalde). Close to the city - it is 6 km to the center of Chemnitz.

Our holiday home was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016 and is available for rent all year round. 2 spacious bedrooms, living room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, 2 x shower/WC, use of the garden, car in front of the house. Bed linen, hand/tea towels available. Bicycles on request

Our basement offers a large, comfortable bathroom with shower + toilet and sink. A large kitchen with dining area, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove with ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishes, kettle, etc. As well as a living room with a separate exit to the garden, TV, radio.

On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and smaller cupboards (there is space for a transportable cot), a small bedroom (or children's room) with 2 beds, a large wardrobe and desk, TV and a small bathroom with shower + toilet as well Bathroom sink.
