Welcome to the holiday home “Nordmeer” in the Süderheidetal in List on Sylt. The house under thatch offers space for up to six people on 120 m2.

From the living room you can access the large garden with a beach chair, table tennis table and garden furniture. From the garden gate you can reach the east beach, 30 meters away.

On the ground floor, the living/dining area with open kitchen invites you to spend hours together. (The fireplace is currently out of use.) Also on the ground floor is a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine is available. Our on-site service rounds off your vacation. Call us so that you can spend your well-deserved vacation in the “Nordmeer” house in any season.

Garden furniture and beach chairs are available to you on a seasonal basis. Grilling with a charcoal or gas grill is not permitted due to the thatched roof. Please contact us for further information.

The house can ONLY be booked for six people, but all eight sleeping options can still be used.
