Our house number 27 is centrally but quietly located in Kellenhusen. The larger part of the property faces the rear so that you can relax with a barbecue when you come home in the evening after a long day at the beach.

The house offers enough space for 6 people on 3 levels. On the ground floor (4 steps mezzanine) there is the guest toilet, the large kitchen with everything you need and the spacious living and dining area with fireplace. From the living room you can access the small terrace and the small front fenced part of the garden. On the upper floor, which has straight walls and airy wall heights due to the architectural style of the house, there are the three bedrooms and the shower room with a walk-in shower. In the basement there is the cinema room with projector and Playstation as well as table football, the wellness area with whirlpool, TV, sauna, shower, toilet and sink and a utility room with a large freezer, washing machine and dryer. From the basement you can access the rear garden and from here the cats also come into the outdoor cat enclosure that is attached to the house.

The high fenced garden has sun all day long.
