The holiday apartment is located on the entire ground floor of a detached single-family house on a spacious plot of land in a quiet location in Alt-Hohwacht on the adjacent bird/nature reserve Sehlendorfer Binnensee with a view of salt marshes, lakes and forest. The beach, pier, promenade paths and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment offers 95 square meters of space. Facilities with central heating, open brick fireplace, tiled floors, window shutters, living area connected to bedrooms and bathroom via a hallway, separate kitchen, sun terrace with barbecue area, lawn, private parking space in front of the door, shelter for bicycles, bathing utensils, charging facility for. E-bikes.

The holiday apartment is usually only rented out on a weekly basis. Prices are in euros per day/night. A maximum of 4 adults and 1 small child can be accommodated.

All additional house costs including final cleaning are included in the rental price. Bed linen, shower towels, hand/tea towels and firewood are provided free of charge. Shorter stays are only possible by arrangement in the low season and are charged an additional flat rate of 75 euros.
