The 76 sqm non-smoking apartment is accessible via a partially covered external staircase and is flooded with light through the large sliding terrace windows. The spacious and covered south-west terrace with 20 square meters allows you to sit protected and dry. The living area is completely tiled and has underfloor heating. The white high-gloss kitchen is more than extensively equipped with a pass-through to the dining table. Sufficient dishes, glasses, fully automatic coffee machines, pots and cleaning utensils are available.
