Our residential park is located in the north of Wolfsburg in the small round village of Warmenau. Very central to the VW factory approx. 2 km, Edag and Prevent approx. 1.5 km and to the city center of Wolfsburg approx. 5 km. The city bus runs every half hour.

A parking space is available to our guests directly on the property. Our well-maintained facility consists of 5 different buildings. The apartments are between 20 and 60 square meters in size and have different furnishings. All are fully furnished. The facilities of course include a flat screen TV, WiFi and telephone. The kitchen units have fridge-freezer combinations, microwaves and some also have dishwashers. Coffee machines and toasters, egg cookers, etc. are also included.

Cleaning once a week, bed linen and towels are part of the service. They have almost hotel service and still have a homely atmosphere.

We mainly rent long-term.
