The 3-room holiday apartment has a 50 sqm sun terrace with a view of Lake Constance and the Alpine chain.

The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2018 and is equipped to a very high standard. The holiday apartment near the lake has everything you need for a carefree and relaxing holiday on beautiful Lake Constance. There is a parking space directly in front of the house.

Absolutely beautiful, modern and sunny holiday apartment with a large sun terrace. Two separate bedrooms equipped with box spring beds (top cover 220 x 150 cm) allow up to 4 people to stay - adults only - unfortunately not suitable for children due to stairs without stair guards and balcony borders - we hope for your understanding.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed - the second bedroom has two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed.

Large living-dining area with kitchenette and exit to the sun terrace with lake and mountain views.
