On the ground floor there is the living room with access to the terrace and the garden, it is furnished with a corner sofa/coffee table, extendable dining table with 4 chairs (children's high chair available). The separate kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a small dining table; Bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower curtain.

The two bedrooms on the upper floor can be reached via the hallway/staircase: bedroom 1 with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (travel cot available), bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe.

From the living room you enter the west-facing terrace with garden furniture and then continue into the small garden with a garden pond.

There is also a carport and a lockable shed on the property (e.g. to store bicycles).
