The facility was built in 2004. There are 6 holiday apartments for 2 to 5 people in the two holiday homes. 1 extra bed per residential unit is possible. The holiday apartments are furnished to a medium standard and are classically and functionally furnished. The holiday apartments are particularly suitable for guests who want to enjoy the landscape and appreciate silence. It is located in Neuendorf am Saaler Bodden, between Ribnitz-Damgarten and Barth. Swimming, fishing, kiteboarding and surfing opportunities are available approx. 300 m away. Neuendorf is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions. There is a ferry service with bicycles available between the southern Bodden coast and Born (Darß). The harbor also offers opportunities for leisure activities on the water.

Guests of the holiday apartment can also use the water sports facilities at the water sports center in Saal (3 km). Bicycle rental directly on site.

You are also welcome to rent our license-free 10 HP fishing and excursion boat.

For our little guests there is a large play area and a small petting zoo with 2 donkeys, a pony, rabbits and birds.
