Our house is in the Partenkirchen district. The more rural and cozy part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Just a few minutes' walk from the historic Ludwigstrasse and the picturesque center, which is known for its good restaurants and the beautiful Lüftl paintings on the houses.

Our country house is a house with a lot of charm. Our guests feel very comfortable in the renovated apartments, which are equipped with every comfort. Both apartments have 2 separate bedrooms, balcony, mountain views, dishwasher, free WiFi, HD TV and stereo system.

Bunnies who love to nibble on carrots are waiting for their children in the garden. We keep horses, sheep, goats and chickens near the idyllic Partnach Gorge.

You can be mobile with us even without a car. A stop for the free local bus is right next to the house. From here you can reach the ski stadium with the Olympic ski jump in a short time. Just like the Eckbauerbahn and the Wankbahn with wonderful hiking trails and skiing. A supermarket with a good bakery is also just around the corner.

Our garden with pavilion, deck chairs and gas grill invites you to relax and unwind in summer.
