The “Beach Ole” apartment was almost completely renovated at the end of 2016 and offers space for up to 4 people (max. 3 adults) on its 32 square meters. It is located on the 1st floor and has a living/sleeping room with a French double bed, a comfortable couch (with sleeping function for 3-4 people) and a table. From the living room/bedroom you have access to the west-facing balcony with a table and chairs that invite you to linger. You can enjoy the sunset there with a glass of wine.

The small fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and all the utensils you need to take care of yourself. You can eat your meals at a dining table with two chairs. The hallway is furnished with a wardrobe and a large built-in closet that offers enough storage space. From there you get to the shower room with toilet. Designer flooring was laid in the entire apartment. Many coordinated maritime accessories complete the overall picture. There is also a parking space (No. 21) in front of the house. Non-smoker. Animals allowed upon request and at an additional cost.
