The house "Dody" is located in the spa area of Nordstrand: only a short distance from the harbor and the sea. Restaurants, the Kurmittelhaus with wellness offers and the indoor swimming pool with sauna can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. The new dike promenade with a view of the islands and Halligen invites you to relax. There is a parking space and a carport directly at the house. You can safely store your bicycles in the carport shed.

You can enjoy the peace and quiet in the approximately 60 square meter terraced house for up to 4 people, which was completely renovated at the turn of the year.

You will feel comfortable in the comfortably furnished living room with dining area and satellite TV - even in bad weather, because the house has central heating and a fireplace. A winter garden (with awning) with a view over the fields and the terrace with a beach chair, barbecue area and lawn make the house a special experience. We are happy to provide you with a disposable grill with charcoal and lighter for €15.

The newly furnished kitchen is very well equipped.
