With a size of 78 square meters, the apartment is also ideal for up to 5 people.

This location is also pretty unique on the entire Baltic Sea coast of Germany! The (future) marina is within sight and the small beach is about 500 m away.

Special features: location directly between the harbor and the Schlei, water views from both the living area and the two bedrooms, sunny southwest terrace, own infrared SAUNA and whirlpool!
