The middle terraced house is located on the small Gartenstrasse - a residential street with little traffic - directly in the beautiful Heiligendamm. The town of Heiligendamm (actually a district of Bad Doberan) is located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania near Rostock, more precisely between Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn directly on the Baltic Sea coast.

The exterior simplicity of the house continues inside, where high-quality materials and simple colors dominate. On the ground floor there is the living room, the fitted kitchen and the bathroom with an attached sauna. The upper floor has a bedroom and another small room, which can be used as a children's room or second bedroom.

Off the living room there is a sunny, west-facing terrace behind a sheltered beech hedge, which is ideal for grilling or sunbathing in summer. Thanks to the advantageous sky orientation and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas, the house feels flooded with light. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals; The small dishwasher then quickly does the washing up.
