The skipper houses (A plus) - category 5 stars - have two separate bedrooms with box spring double beds and are therefore suitable for both small families and 4 adults. The spacious living room flows into the open kitchen and dining area and here, too, the fireplace is the center of the living room and invites you to spend cozy evenings. From the shower room there is direct access to the in-house sauna. The terrace with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms completes the stay.

The living space is 95 sqm and the property is over 800 sqm.

This type of house includes a lockable shed in which you can e.g. B. You can store your sports equipment and charge e-bikes.

All A plus houses are pure Holz 100 houses with an indoor climate that makes you feel good, which also promotes healthy sleep and is therefore ideal for allergy sufferers. These houses were made from natural solid wood and completely free of glue and metal by the Thoma company.

The complex includes a large children's playground where the little guests can let off steam and play.
