Entrance accessible via 1 step. Large terrace with a beautiful view over the fields to the forests. Seats morning and evening sun.

1 bedroom with the original 120-year-old sandstone wall from the old farm. You sleep in an old, antique Black Forest farmhouse wood double bed 90 x 200 cm, but the inside of the bed is a modern waterbed with 2 separate mattresses, calming level 10, clock radio, bench, large farmhouse cupboard, mosquito net and valet. Immediately afterwards there is a toilet with a bathtub and shower facility in it, 2 sinks, bidet, bathrobes, hand shower towels, bath mat as well as a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and soap, towel warmer, washing machine. 2 further bedrooms with solid wood furniture from a carpenter, 1x double and 1 loft bed. 2. Bathroom: shower/toilet, urinal and double sink, stainless steel toothbrush cup, illuminated magnifying mirror, and toddler items. Wooden crib.
