Beautiful thatched roof house on the southern outskirts of List with a unique panoramic view of the beautiful Sylt dune and heath landscape. The large garden (1600 sqm) with 3 terraces and the elevated location offer maximum privacy and peace. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach the center of List on foot, where you will find everything you need for your daily needs as well as restaurants, doctors, etc. The beach is also only 700 m away and can be reached quickly with the in-house handcart or scooters, even for smaller children. The house was freshly renovated in 2019. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a cozy kitchen-living room, a tiled stove and wooden floors. There is a parking space on the property.

A handcart and egg cooker are also included.

Bringing a dog is only possible after prior registration. The dog is charged €15 per night.

We provide a dog bed, a dog blanket and 2 food bowls for the dog.
