The house is located on the edge of the old village center of the small fishing village of Wieck. The adjacent meadows are approx. 100m from the house. Four restaurants as well as the locations of the Hotel Haferland, the harbor with an adjacent beach and a children's playground are within 300m. The nearby neighboring town of Born is ideal for shopping. Baked goods and groceries are available in the Wiecker Backshop. This is about 1km from the house.

The entire house is built in the style of an old country house. Here the advantages of a bright and comfortable new building are combined with the charm and cosiness of an old house.

The ground floor with an open kitchen-living room, a spacious living room and an adjoining side room, a fireplace and two spacious seating areas can be combined using a folding wall to form an approximately 70m² room, which is ideal for gatherings with friends.

The brick country house kitchen is fully equipped.
