"Pivit" is a new ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area on the northern outskirts of Norden. From here you can reach the North Sea spa Norddeich and the city center of Norden in just a few minutes. A good place for a “break from everyday life”, for vacation and relaxation on the North Sea. And that in all seasons.

The apartment was completed in winter 2014. When furnishing the approximately 60 m² apartment, great emphasis was placed on individuality and high-quality materials. You should and can feel comfortable here.

The living area adjoins the entrance area.

There is a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a flat screen TV, Bluray player and hi-fi system.

The fitted kitchen impresses with its spaciousness and equipment. In addition to the electrical appliances such as a refrigerator with ice compartment, stove with ceramic hob, oven, stainless steel extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker... the extensive accessories such as dishes, pots and cutlery leave nothing to be desired.
