Apartment 1: Size approx. 60 sqm, ideal for 2-5 people, large living/dining room with a beautiful dining area, sofa (can optionally be used as a sofa bed for 2 people), cable TV and stereo system, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom , a small children's room with bunk beds for 2 children, bathroom with round bathtub, separate guest toilet, large terrace (west side) with table, comfortable chairs and sun loungers, garden with play area.

A washing machine and a dryer are shared property and are located in the basement. Each apartment also has a parking space.
