You step through the front door into the pleasant, spacious entrance and immediately feel at home. There is a full bathroom with whirlpool tub and another shower room.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a box spring bed and LCD TV. Both bedrooms also have access to a balcony. The smaller of the two balconies is cat-proof. The larger bedroom is also equipped with a sofa bed. The design does not create any restrictive slopes.

To the left of the entrance area is the living room. The fireplace, which has found its place in the comfortably designed living area, brings rustic cosiness and unforgettable moments on the cozy couch when the autumn storms whistle uncomfortably around the house. The dining table offers enough space and is placed right next to the open, modern kitchen. Here breakfast often turns into brunch.

The kitchen itself is equipped with new technology and makes cooking a pleasure. From the kitchen and dining area you have a beautiful view of the high fenced rear garden through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.
