For an undisturbed, relaxing holiday, we offer individualists our completely renovated 105 sqm roof-only house "WODAN" in a quiet cul-de-sac location. On the ground floor, the house has a living room with dining area and access to the south-facing terrace, kitchen, bedroom, shower room with toilet and is overall furnished with great attention to detail. Both furnishings and floors are considered allergy friendly. A fireplace creates a special atmosphere and comfort in the cold season. All rooms are bright and flooded with light. There is a storage room for bicycles, handcarts and beach equipment. The washing machine is in an adjoining room. The bedroom windows are equipped with roller shutters and insect protection.

In the top floor there are two bedrooms, a shower room with toilet and a reading room.

The garden furniture on the sheltered south-facing terrace invites you to relax, and the garden grill ensures a cozy get-together.

The mature garden with approximately 600 square meters of lawn is ideal as a play and relaxation area.
