Between the seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde, only about 2 km from the seaside resort of Heiligendamm, Börgerende is centrally located, but still away from mass tourism.

The thatched house Casa Baltica itself is located in a traffic-calmed street in the second row, is accessed via a residential road and is a good 400 m from the beach.

The house is surrounded by a large green area, which is enclosed around the terraces at the back. In the garden there is a patio with a standing basket, a large hammock, a barbecue and the Little Baltica children's playhouse for the little guests.

There are various bicycles and children's vehicles in the annex next to the wooden garage. These can be used free of charge, but at your own risk.

The house is equipped with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
