Our semi-detached house fits harmoniously into the farming village of Oldsum with its thatched roof and bricks shaped based on historical models. Located on a road almost exclusively used by residents, you can still enjoy the rural tranquility here. The barrier-free holiday apartment has a separate entrance, its own small garden area with terrace and has a parking space.

The main entrance to the house halves is in the middle gable of the house. This area features hand-painted tiles. The front doors lead off from here. The apartment also has a separate entrance from the terrace. The apartment offers a spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen, a bedroom with a nursing bed and the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and other electrical kitchen appliances as well as complete kitchen equipment. For entertainment there is a television (satellite program), DVD player, radio with CD player, books, games and puzzles. The apartment is equipped with a fireplace.
