The well-kept 2-room apartment is on the 1st floor and offers space for 2 people on its 54 m². The light-flooded living room has a 2-seater sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, display cabinet, satellite TV and a sideboard. From the living room you have direct access to the south-west balcony. There is a table and two chairs to enjoy the sun with a glass of wine or later the sunset.

In addition to the large bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m (two individual mattresses) and its associated bedside tables with appropriate lighting, the bedroom also has a large wardrobe (with a mirror that offers sufficient storage space.

The fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. All the kitchen utensils you need to cater for yourself are provided.

New shower room/toilet with vanity, mirror and a towel heater. A hairdryer is also available. Hallway with wardrobe.

The kitchen and bathroom are tiled, and carpet is laid in the remaining rooms. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Keeping animals is permitted upon request and at an additional cost.
