Very nice, 3-star holiday apartment in a prime, quiet location, with a view of the Bavarian Forest mountains. The apartment is in its own part of the house with its own access. Parking is available directly in front of the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms. Underfloor heating and radiators ensure comfort. You can grill on the large terrace and enjoy the sun until it sets. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge.

The bus stop for the city bus and the ski bus is about 8 minutes away (free use with the guest card). You can reach the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. Tennis courts, the train station and the Bayerwald Sauna are in the immediate vicinity. In winter there is a ski practice slope and the cross-country skiing center with floodlights not far away. We offer 4 bicycles, Nordic walking poles and WiFi free of charge.

Important NOTE! It goes uphill to the country road, which is about 100 meters away. The road is sunk approximately 10 meters deep into the terrain. This means there are no noise or noise problems.
